Cannot delete or merge leads - "Failed to merge leads" & "insufficiant access rights on object"

Hi Marketo-Team,

I wanted to delete or merge the leads (so that only one per email address remains) of our colleague Jacqueline that we created when testing forms (search for kellner in the lead database). Now I cannot delete or merge these leads. Enclosed the error messages. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Hi Ulli,

I didn't find the 2 leads in your screenshot.

Did you want to delete the 2 leads below ?

In SFDC there is only the lead 8450, I don't see the other one. And I see in his activity log that you tried to delete him from Marketo and SFDC, but it failed in SFDC, maybe because you are not the lead owner?

I will try to find what's going wrong!
