Dear marketo team,
I have a question on a specific case. One of our customers stopped receiving our emails for a few months. I called him today and he told me that he changed his mail servor and subscribed to Zimbra which has a SPAM filter making people to register or something to be authorized to send them an email. So i'm going to send him the email from my personal email address. The thing is, since Marketo is an automation tool i.e a robot, is there any way for the near future that he could keep receiving our emailings ? Is there any way to be marked as "safe" for their Zimbra servor ? I'm wondering since a lot of companies tend to subscribe to such a service to avoid SPAMs.

I've contacted the Marketo Support so they can help us to find a solution.
In some cases, Marketo works with Anti Spam companies, so our communications are whitelisted. But this has to be validated by their delivrability team in the US.

Thank you Chloé, if it helps "Mail In Black" is the company the customer uses to filter, and where I had to be authorized by entering a captcha code since I finally sent the email with my own mail address.
