Hello everyone,
To avoid mistakes and make the targeting easier in your Marketo program, we have created a global exclusion list.
This global exclusion list gather the blacklisted, the empty emails, the invalid emails, the unsubscribed and the marketing suspended ones.
You have access to it in the folder “ADMIN_Useful Smart List”.
Instead of using several criteria in the target smart lists (email invalid = false + marketing suspended = false + unsubscribed = false + …), we will only insert one criteria:
We have updated every program templates available in the WS Share by adding this new criteria and removing the old ones.
