Unknown user makes large amount of edits in audit trail

Issue Description
Large amounts of edits being made by "Unknown" user show up within the audit trail.

Issue Resolution
If you have recently edited a field in Salesforce that utilizes a pick-list field type, the updates to the field will cause updates to propagate to any pages which use a form that uses that field.
