Issue Description: The Activity Log shows "Fill out a form" without a page visit. How users could fill out a form without visiting the page? Issue Resolution: Google Chrome introduced Incognito. Firefox, Safari, Opera and Internet Explorer implemented Private Browsing. Pages that users visit in Private Browsing/Incognito will not leave traces, like cookies, on users' computers after they close all open windows. A normal visit to any page is not tracked during visits, regardless the navigation path. That includes other pages after the form is filled out. The new Do Not Track feature is a contributing factor for apparently incomplete Activity Logs. When users turn on the Do-not-track feature, the browser tells every website they visit (as well as their advertisers and other content providers) that they do not want their browsing behavior tracked. Honoring this setting is voluntary — individual websites are not required to respect it. Websites that do honor this setting should automatically stop tracking your behavior without any further action from users.

Issue You have the Munchkin tracking code on your non-Marketo web page but visits to the page are not being tracked.     Solution If you have customized the Munchkin tracking code, it may not work.  Marketo only supports the Munchkin code as it is provided in your instance.  If you need to alter the code, you would need to work with your web developer to determine why the customized code is not working. To find the supported Munchkin tracking code: Go to Admin > Munchkin. Select the version of Munchkin you intend to use. Place the Munchkin code on your page as outlined in our document on adding Munchkin tracking to your site.

Issue Leads were sent the email and clicked on a web page link on the email. However, the web page activities were not associated to these leads.   Solution Issue Resolution Check that the link clicked in the email has tracked link enabled If the web page activities are associated to other records (e.g. duplicates), then: Check who was 'cookied' on the web browser before the visit web page activity was recorded for the other records. This can be checked by looking at the web page activities recorded in the activity log. Check the User Agent details of the Click Link activity of the lead that was sent the email and compare it with the User Agent details of the Web Page Visit activity of the other record. The following tool can be used to help interpret the device details from the User Agent details: https://developers.whatismybrowser.com/useragents/parse/#parse-useragent In case of a non marketo landing page , check whether the munchkin is enabled correctly over the page without any customization. Issue When you navigate to Admin>Munchkin, you see option to select Workspace. Why is that? This is a article attached image   Solution People generally use workspsce either because of their companies geographical location or Business Unit. In each case, the separation is because the marketing assets are completely different.  With that said, If you're using Workspaces in your Marketo account, you probably also have separate web presences that correspond to your workspaces. In that case, you can use the Munchkin tracking Javascript to assign your anonymous people to the correct workspace and partition. This is used to differentiate appropriate leads within workspace with the help of appropriate tracking.   If you don't use the special workspace Munchkin code, the people will be assigned to the default partition that was created when your account was set up. It's named "Default" initially, but you might have changed that in your own Marketo account.  You can only use one Munchkin tracking script for a single partition and workspace on a page. Do not include tracking scripts for multiple partitions/workspaces on your website. I would also like to mention that Landing pages created in Marketo automatically contain tracking code, so you don’t need to put this code on them.
