The Marketing Manager is part of Winshuttle’s global Field Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Demand Generation.  This role includes line of business/functional area responsibility for developing and delivering digital campaigns for our key focus areas globally, as well as field marketing support for Asia Pac and Latin America markets. We’re looking for a marketing pro who’s done it all – from driving brand awareness in global and local markets, audience segmentation and program execution of the marketing mix, to facilitating local events and channel partner programs.  If you’re a marketing all-rounder who loves campaign delivery end-to-end, this could be the position for you.  The role is based in Bothell, WA.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the execution of outbound campaigns and webinars for assigned product launches and focus areas for the business. Execute regional marketing plans in conjunction with wider Marketing organization. Help Asia Pacific and Latin American partners execute their Winshuttle marketing plans. Leverage the company’s marketing automation and other tools, strive to implement and share best practice in marketing and project management. Assist the sales teams as needed. Track and monitor success and return of all marketing activities and provide input to plan adjustments in order to optimize output for the sales organization and partner network. Deliver regular analysis and reporting on marketing activities. Manage relationships and deliverables of external marketing agencies and other service providers as relevant. Budget management Up to 20% travel required

Specifically also

Deliver and help Asia Pacific and Latin American partners deliver campaigns, events and webinars including all planning, scheduling, pre, onsite and post event activities. Execute the regional database growth and maintenance plan. Manage the regional web presence on the partner portal through the Wordpress content management system. Produce regional content and help with localization of corporate content such as email campaigns, event materials, collateral, digital sales tools etc. Assist with recruitment of customer references for speaker engagements, video productions, case studies and press interviews. Leverage the company’s active social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and blogs, and perform continual outreach to grow brand awareness. Assist in optimizing regional PPC and SEO campaigns, including the development and implementation of landing pages.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 3- 8 years B2B marketing experience. BA or BS in English, Communications, Marketing or other relevant degree or experience. Strong project management / organizational skills; comfortable with numbers; excellent attention to detail. In-depth experience with Marketing Automation and CRM tools required. Marketo and Salesforce experience a plus. Good English language and writing skills; Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal form. Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (LinkedIn, Facebook, Digg, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr, etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios. Good technical understanding of digital analytics and the ability to pick up new monitoring and reporting tools quickly. Experience with web content management tools. Team player and self-starter in a high-growth environment. Excellent ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues in other departments and time zones, with suppliers and with company affiliates. Fluent in English. Fluency in Spanish a plus.
