Tag Types- Ability to Delete Unused Tag's

I discovered an issue today pertaining to tag types.
The tag value cannot be deleted unless you delete the entire tag type pertaining to the tag values. We have over 10 unused tag values that were created by mistake and in order for me to remove them I need to delete the main tag type. Not only cannot you not delete the tag value but if it's linked to any program you need to go into the program indivudally to update the value to the new one.

I propose the ability to update multiple programs at once if there is a change in the tag values. I also think there should be a away to delete the tag values that have no porgrams tied to them. 

Additonally there needs to be better tag documentation on the community for advanced admins such as myself.

You can hide any of the tags or the tag types.  Hidding is a good option b/c it removes the tag from use but doesn't require you remove them from already linked programs.

Selec the tag or tag value and under Tag Actions, selet Hide.  You can also do the same via right click.

After hiding the tag, can you add a new tag? That would fix our current problem with having old tags that we can't get rid of.
