=PROPER Change Data Value, Flow Step

It would be nice to have the ability to run an =PROPER() function from directly within Marketo.

Example, a Lead fills out a form:

First Name: joe
Last Name: schmoe
Company: ACME, INC
Email: jschmoe@acme.com

We could then run an =PROPER function against First Last and Company name so it would standardzie to:

Joe
Schmoe
Acme, Inc.

The PROPER()  function in Excel is a good example of how this might be implemented.  This would be nice to have!

Oddly, this doesn't exist on the Salesforce side either.  We have UPPER() and LOWER() functions but not PROPER().

Great idea - seems like a must-have for any system where the unwashed masses are filling out forms.  I see this all the time in our database and it bugs me - it just looks unprofessional.
