Lead Owner should be available as a filter

There is a Owner Changes trigger, and there are Lead Owner First Name, Lead Owner Last Name, and Owner was Changed filters, so why isn't there a Lead Owner filter?  The Lead Owner email Address can be used as a substitute, but its's not as quick, easy to remember and consistent as other Owner related triggers and filters.

I think that is a great idea and would make filtering a lot easier.
