Did your campaign campaign flow step fail? Did that step contain a SalesForce flow step? Did you try to get failures via API? To date you will not able to get those failures through the API and it may be time inhibitive to find all failures across multiple campaigns en Masse.
Suggestion: Add activity types failures related to CRMs to the REST API architecture.
