Hello all! Does anyone have any documentation for the below error? I had read that the sync needs to happen on the Salesforce side, but just needed guidance on best practice/ process for that. Thank you!
In a nutshell, this error occurs when there is a custom sync filter setup, and the field value controlling the sync is causing the sync to stop/fail - solution is to update the field in SFDC to True (check the checkbox field) and then try syncing the record.
