When a record is sent from CRM the company record is Read Only in Marketo. When a record is created in Marketo the fields are Read/Write. What can we do to make the records Read/Write when they come from the CRM Integration?

Marketo cannot edit Opps or Accounts in SFDC. Yes sometimes you can edit it on the "Lead" directly, but it may revert after the sync.
