The "first_name" and "company" field are the only fields in ToutApp that will look to both ToutApp and Salesforce. What does this mean?
If a contact does not exist in ToutApp.com we will look at Salesforce to see if we can find a contact/lead record with a matching email address, then take the information listed in the Salesforce record to populate the field.
