You can remove someone from a campaign either within their contact card and by clicking "Remove" next to their active campaign. You can also click the checkbox next to their name, click the actions dropdown and select to Remove from Campaign.
You will not be able to remove a contact from a campaign who was put onto the campaign by a colleague.
