To add a Campaign in Gmail, open up a Compose Window. Click into Templatesand find the category that has your campaign. Campaigns will have a yellow lightning bolt to indicate it is a campaign. If you select this, it will send the first email of the campaign and trigger the follow up steps.
Note: If you campaign starts with a task, you have to launch this from toutapp.com or Salesforce
