I'm Christina Zuniga and I'm the Marketing Automation Manager at InTouch Health. You can see my original post on Jun 8, 2015 when I was with my previous company. I live in Santa Barbara, CA and I run our Marketo instance providing user training, support and all the set up for the system. My favorite thing about Marketo (if I could only choose one) is the easy user interface. I've had other systems *cough Aprimo cough* where I spent the majority of my time walking users through connecting steps, with Marketo it's drag, drop, easy to understand.

I'm Alan, Director of Marketing and Creative for One Brand. Our company is actually a collection of 15 separate, and sometimes competing brands, that provide printing, direct mail and digital advertising. Although I have been in marketing and design for about 13 years, I am fairly new to Marketo. It has been quite an adventure tailoring our instance to accommodate 15 brands, but so far I have been able to accomplish just about everything I've set out to do. Going forward I'll be sure to share any insights, tips or tricks I discover and look forward to seeing the same from you all too!

Sounds like we may be in very similar boats. Are you using Marketo's agency model with several instances, one per brand, or utilizing only one instance? I'd be curious to learn about your experience setting a multi=brand account up.
Good to hear I am not alone! We are using one instance for all brands. It's been a bit of work, but I've been able to accomplish just about everything I've set out to do. We use brand IDs and lead owner to segment the database — with snippets, tokens and dynamic content all our messaging is brand and rep specific including the body, signatures and branded footers. The only piece I am missing to eliminate the need for cloning programs for every brand is the branded domain.
