Hi Hicham,

This field normally should never change it's value and be set by Marketo. So

  • Block field update in Marketo, from any source
  • Create the necessary smart campaigns in Marketo to set the value
  • either make it read only in SFDC or use a proxy field in Marketo to store the latest value and if some changes it in SFDC reset it back to the proxy value
