"unknown email" in email insights

"unknown email" in email insights

Attempting to utilize the email insights platform; however, most of my email programs are coming up as "unknown program" and "unknown email".  Some are there properly, but most aren't so when I create a filter, it won't capture all of my emails.

Anyone else run into this?  Any suggestions?

Best to log a support ticket. Sounds like a data transfer error from your instance to the Insights db.
