Does anyone have process or solution for capturing gone away's from out of office & other auto replies? Other than trawling them to pick out the emails to unsubscribe?
To add to other answers here, I think best practice is to Marketing Suspend out-of-office replies instead of unsubscribe them. As Devraj mentions, Siftrock is the only solution I know of that integrates with Marketo right now.
I'll look at those.
On suspending them, we do this & have added a date field in marketo so we can filter by the date to reactivate them.
what we currently do is capture all details in the auto reply and split them in to gone-aways (which we unsubscribe), suspensions and new contacts.
