We've just run a webinar using the usual launchpoint connector to the GTW licence and the GTW token for the inidividual link in the invitation email - same as we always have. However, today we got a couple of people saying that they couldn't access the webinar using the link - because gtw wasn't allowed at their end or was blocked...any ideas?
Is there something we or GTW need to do or is this just the start of more security at the end user?
sounds like their firewall if that's what they said.
you could ask them to forward the confirmation email to check if there is something wrong with the URL.
