If we learn a person is no longer at the company, we must preserve their history at their previous location.

  • If we do not know where they moved
    • Mark person record inactive
    • Leave email address in tact along with all other data
  • If we know where they have moved
    • Mark person record inactive
    • Create a new person at the new company
      • Bring across any personal related information (mobile #, birthdate, and notes/description)
