What is the time interval for when an email in a Smart Campaign is sent?

I have several exisiting Smart Campaigns configured and working properly; emails are sent out when a specific value in the SFDC Contact is met. 

I've just mirrored the previous settings for our working Campaigns to a new Campaign, and I'm seeing my test Contact is a member of the campaign. However, it's been over 15 minutes and no email has been sent. Does anyone know the timeframe involved here?

Check your campaign results tab. This will tell you of any errors / actions the campaign has ran. Potentially, your test lead has reached communication limits if you have that set.

Tim--thanks for the update. The results tab is empty, even though there is a qualifying member. So no errors that I can see...any other thoughts?

I have been waiting over an hour for results on one of my smart campaigns. Is there a system issue today?

I haven't noticed any downtime with my triggered smart campaigns today. Do you guys have campaign inspector opened up to your instance. 

This is a treasure chest feature that you can allow into Marketing Activities if you have admin permissions. Go to admin "Treasure Chest" and enable "Campaign Inspector". 

Once enabled, navigate to Marketing Activities and you'll see two new tabs to click on. Click on Campaign Queue and you should see campaigns that are wating or in process of running.

Hopefully your campaign is not in here. I've from time to time experienced some serious lag times with email sends. Nothing you can do on your end, this is Marketo's servers clogged up generally.

Thank you.  I've had it turned on but never knew why to use it.  There is one in there but it's my scoring campaign not the campaign I'm having trouble with.

I'd call support and put in a ticket. If your campaign is just flat out not running and their are no "red lined' errors, it's not in the campaign queue, there must be some other error we can't troubleshoot and or they have a system downtime on particular servers you both are affected by.
