I would like to know what is the best practice to clean up "Marketing Activities".
Are you deleating the old programs? add them to a folder and archived them?
How you manage to desactive LP and smart campaigns which are not usefull anymore?

In a previous role, my method was to have a folder structure as follows:
Once a program was "Completed", I would move it into the applicable folder under Completed, that way the Active Programs sub-folders only ever contained active programs. Personally, we did not really utilize the Archive function, as we always wanted easy access to old programs for reporting purposes.
As for deactivating LPs and smart campaigns, we didn't actively do this either. Keep in mind, Marketo automatically deactivates trigger campaigns every 3 months if they haven't had any new leads run through them for 6 months or more.
There are a lot of naming and org schemes out there. Please do a search here for ideas.
