I've been creating a Web Activity analytics report subscription being sent to a non-Marketo user (our SDR Manager). For some reason, the analytics subscription keeps disappearing. However, the exact same analytics subscription being sent to myself, has been running consistently. Is there something in MKTO that would cause an analytics subscription to a non-MKTO user to automatically expire?
I've created the report multiple times for this SDR Manager. It seems to run fine for a couple weeks and then it disappears. I don't have MKTO admin rights.

If you go to Analytics > Subscriptions (tab at the top), can you see multiple entries for the same subscription, or do the entries disappear entirely?
Yes, I'm looking at all the Subscriptions using the Subscriptions tab at the top of the Analytics section. And this particular report/subscription just disappears. I've created the report being sent to this non-MKTO user at least 3 times so far and it just disappears after 2-3 weeks. Then the SDR Manager send me an email saying the report isn't being delivered and I have to recreate the report/subscription. Whereas the exact same report being sent to myself, is fine.
Is it possible that there's something in my MKTO user permissions (I'm not admin) that impacts my ability to create subscriptions/reports for anyone other than myself? That's the only visible difference that I can see in all the analytics report subscriptions - within the subscriptions tab. There are other subscription reports being sent to non-MKTO users, but those subscriptions were created by people with admin rights.
That could be, but if the SDR Manager received the reports at some point, then the permissions should have prevented you from creating them in the first place if that were the cause. Is the email going to the SDR Manager's email directly, or to an alias that goes to multiple people? If it's going to multiple people via the same email address, someone else who receives the report could unsubscribe from it (thereby removing everyone associated with that email address). If the subscriptions really are disappearing and nobody is removing them, I'd log a ticket with support.
