Using Transition Rules for Engagement Programs

Quick question -

Is it possible to use your transition rules to add a lead to the engagement program's first stream? Or do you have to have a separate smart campaign to add the lead to the engagement program? Basically just wondering what is the best practice for adding a lead to your nurture via transition rules on the stream or via a smart campaign?

Hi Tori,

Adding a lead to an engagement program is done by way of Smart Campaign.  Transition rules in engagement programs all have the "Member of Engagement program" filter, so they don't listen for activities that happen to non-members.
