We are just starting to evaluate how to incorporate the use of the Salesforce Lightning calendar with our email marketing programs.
We usually set up default programs for each of our email sends each week. But at this point we aren't really sure how to sync our programs over to SFDC and have them show up on the Lightning calendar, or just best practices for set up and tracking. Does anyone have any experience thus far using the Lightning calendar with their email programs? Any input or suggestions are welcome!
I have not tried this yet, but I would probably look into displyaing SFDC campaigns in the Lightning Calendars and sync Marketo programs with SFDC campaigns.
Nevertheless, some of the data you need (such as start date and end date) in the SFDC campaigns cannot sync with Marketo program-level data.
