Use Engagement Score to transition Streams?

Hi folks, We were looking for a way to leverage Engagement Score for our Stream transitions but couldn't find any filter related to it. Is that possible? I came accross this discussion too: https://nation.marketo.com/message/128119?_ga=2.45843747.664372762.1540476672-1248587003.1501015168, that says its not possible as Engagement score is applied to content, not lead, but its still in 2016, so I'm wondering if that has changed or what. Thanks!

Re: Use Engagement Score to transition Streams?

Hey Carl,

That hasn't changed. Engagement Score is a score given to emails to gauge their performance. It's a range from 0-100 with 50 being average. You can read about it here for better understanding.

The score is based on an algorithm that takes into account engaged behavior (Open, Click, Program Success) and disengaged behavior (Unsubscribe). The score is available 72 hours after each cast to give your audience time to engage with the content.

Re: Use Engagement Score to transition Streams?

Hi Kevin, Oh, that's a bummer. Okay, we'll just create our own engagement scoring then based on lead's email activity. Appreciate your response!
