Uploaded image - URL doesn't exist

After I upload an image to the design studio and then try to open the URL to view the image it takes me to a page on my website and says "Sorry, the page you are requesting has moved or no longer exists. Please click one of the following links below."

Re: Uploaded image - URL doesn't exist

Hi Noah,

I think someone needs to look at your specific setup to see what is happening. If you haven't already, can you contact support?

Re: Uploaded image - URL doesn't exist

Noah,

It is a not an application problem. It is an undefined CNAME.

Looking up the cname record for ask4ufe.com using the DNS server at xnnd.com.

ask4ufe.com has no CNAME record

Any landing page is going to the fallback page http://www.ask4ufe.com until the CNAME is set up

Re: Uploaded image - URL doesn't exist

Hi Bgomes,

I went through this setup with IT earlier.  I just received confirmation from them that the CNAME was created.

This is what they sent back to me. Not sure what exactly all this means.  Can you please clarify?

The CNAME records were created for info.ask4ufe.com pointing to meritmedical.mktoweb.com, and inforequest.ask4ufe.com pointing to mkto-ab010109.com, as was requested in your ticket.  Here are the results of two NSLOOKUP queries against those:

C:\Users\tim.baker>nslookup info.ask4ufe.com
Server:  ussjdc01.merit.com
Address:  10.32.9.101

Non-authoritative answer:
Name:    meritmedical.mktoweb.com
Address:  199.15.213.34
Aliases:  info.ask4ufe.com

C:\Users\tim.baker>nslookup inforequest.ask4ufe.com
Server:  ussjdc01.merit.com
Address:  10.32.9.101

Non-authoritative answer:
Name:    mkto-ab010109.com
Address:  199.15.213.48
Aliases:  inforequest.ask4ufe.com

Re: Uploaded image - URL doesn't exist

Sounds a little too technical for me. I've opened up a support ticket for this issue. Thanks!
