Update of First Name, Last Name and some other fields

Hi team!

We uploaded the list with Korean symbols, and it looks like something went wrong with encoding - all non-roman symbols are displayed like "?? ?". I try to fix this with another list upload with correct encoding, I pick an untrusted source. All symbols remain the same. Should I pick a "Trusted" source in this case? Does this option have any downsides that can affect the database?

To be clear, "non-ASCII" is probably what you mean. Or "non-Latin-1" depending on what encoding you originally used.

The difference is set in Admin » Field Management » Block Updates (by field). Typically Untrusted can overwrite fewer fields than Trusted. But it actually can be configured either way.
