Unable to add authorized contact

I have been having issues since I started creating support tickets in Marketo.

When I go to case management -> create a case

A page comes open saying,"You are not currently authorized to create cases for your company. To add yourself as an authorized support contact, click the button below."

With a button to "add me as an authorized contact" which I've tried clicking and it did not do anything.

Please advise.

Hey Again -- Looks like you should reach out to your Marketo Engage CSM, or your Marketo Admin if that isn't you. Your CSM can get you setup as an authorized contact. Thanks!

I just pinged some Marketo contacts, someone will be in touch!
