Tracking Customer Portal Activities with Marketo/GA?

Hello! We are trying to figure out how to track page visits from within our customer portal. With the Munchkin code, I can see when they get to the login page, but once they log in, I lose visibility with Marketo tracking.

We can track portal page visits with Google Analytics so I guess my question is: can you sync the GA information with Marketo activity logs or is there a way to see customer portal activity from within Marketo?

Can you confirm that the Munchkin code is on your portal pages and is resolving correctly?  You can use the browsers dev console to monitor the Munchkin.js

If you can confirm the above, I'd recommend to file a support case.

As far as I can tell, the munchkin code is not on the customer portal pages. The URL is a bit different than our main site (my.megapath.com/ vs. www.megapath.com/) so that's probably why our developers didn't add it.

You can put the munchkin code on the partner pages. Now, when you have multiple sites, it may not always connect the records together properly.

so you may need to add a script that connects the ids across sub domains.
