System Tokens

I am struggling to find enough detail information on system tokens and how they work.

I am looking to apply a date/time system token to a flow step.

Essentially this is the flow step:

Change data value to in Lead Status to Sales Accepted Lead

Change data value in Sales Date/Time Stamp to Current Date (date of sync).

From what i have read you can use a system token for Date/Time but I can't figure out how to call it out in the flow step or where I can even find the system tokens.

Any body - done something similar? I can do a trigger on teh CRM side inlieu but would prefer the flow steps to all reside in Marketo.

Ok - if you are patient the {{system tokens do eventually appear.

Sometimes the pre-fill menu doesn't work. Especially so if you're in a larger instance.

You can just copy/paste the value so long as you're sure it's correct. For this reason, I just keep a .txt file of my most used tokens.
