Has anyone else seen issues with RCE not recognizing successes in Marketo? Here's one example where all of the programs had a significantly higher number of successes, but RCE is only seeing a few. I've tried a manual push to success in case maybe RCE decides to pick up the success overnight, but obviously won't see any results of that until tomorrow morning. Any other ideas?
Hey Dory - I just ran a "program membership analysis" report and the success #s match exactly with what appear in the event programs that I tested.

So, basically RCE never got the information that these people were members or successes. Hopefully today's update will push over to RCE properly tonight.
Hi Dory, you are correct that you should see any records which you changed success for today, show up in RCE tomorrow since RCE only pulls in the new data each night.
Hi Brian Law, I just ran the report again after trying to force a manual update last night. Unfortunately there has been no change and the numbers are still incorrect.
Just to clarify, the members of the program are discrepant from Marketo to RCE. The last update we made to the example program Roadshow - Phoenix - 3.7.17 was on March 9 when we added all of the members at a success status. We haven't changed anything relating to what was and was not a success, and as you can see RCE is only recognizing 4 members of the program with 4 successes, while there are 1295 members in Marketo and 96 successes.
This is not the only program where we are seeing this issue. There are at least 10 others, and that's just in this channel. We also don't seem to be the only people with this problem: Re: RCE "Success (Totall)" Measure Different From Actual Program Success Count
The fact that we can't even manually update these programs to push them into RCE is incredibly troubling. Who would be the best person for me to reach out to in order to get this diagnosed as quickly as possible? I've filed a support ticket, but this really needs to be resolved ASAP. Hi, did you try removing the membership filter in the first report? In the second report I recommend removing trying to remove Opportunity.
Hey Brian, removing that filter just added additional programs from before 2017 into the view, so that wasn't the fix.
In the end, the programs did update from the push that I did yesterday. This documentation Advanced Program Reporting Overview - Marketo Docs - Product Docs lead me astray in thinking that if the update was going to happen, it would have happened overnight as the Note at the bottom suggests. Casius in support mentioned that updates generally take 24-48 hours, so it would probably be best if documentation were updated.
Yippee, happy to hear the updates are now showing. The updates were happening every 24 hours in the middle of the night Central time. If you run a campaign to update success or acquistion too late you can potentially miss the update. Have a great weekend.
