I have an RCM in place validated and approved. Subscribers have been added to their respective buckets successfully. However, the issue is that when I look at the success path analyzer the buckets are not in the correct order. For example if the RCM is Known > Raw > MQL it is showing up in the Success Path Analyzer as Raw > Known > MQL.
Any ideas on how to fix this or why it would be happening? I have tried clearing the model and unapproving it then re-approving and re-assigning people. That didn't work.
Is "raw" in the right place in your RCM and in the campaigns that run it?
This might be an error support has to handle.
It is, I'm actually noticing that it is order of the amount of leads in each inventory stage.We just assigned leads to stages and Raw happens to have more than known (even though it is later in the funnel). Have you noticed this problem before?
