I'm currently building a subscription centre and creating some master smart campaigns to make sure specific preferences are excluded from relevant programs.
We run hundreds of events each quarter, so I'm after a flow step that ensures if a lead qualifies for/added to the 'events opt out' list, they are also removed from all event programs. I can't seem to find a suitable flow step to do this - any suggestions?

Would it be a case of adding a step to the smart list for each event 'is not member of event opt out list'?

Yes, adding this to each event target would work, but it means going on every event and make the update. Soppy I do not see any possibility to make this easier. I wish I would
