Stopping an email blast after it has been started

Hi,

Is there a method of stopping / killing an email blast after it has been sent (presumably in error)?

You can try to go back and put a wait step into the flow before the email campaign runs or pull the send email step out, but once it's begun to run you're a little SOL. Probably time to get creative with your correction email!

Don't worry - this happens to everyone sooner or later. That being said, a recall feature in Marketo would be lovely!

Yep, I agree with Emily. Once it's in action it's too late. Unless it's a huge send list where you might be able to do one of the work around Emily mentioned to stop some of them.

If its still running, you can remove the leads from the flow.  If you catch the error in time you can stop some of the email sends.
