Hello! I'm trying to see how many leads didn't receive an email today because they have already reached their weekly communication limit. I tried "Was sent email" and "Not was delivered email" but that didn't give me the right people. Anybody have any experience with this?
Hi Kelly! There's not a filter per se, but if you have progression statuses setup to add people as a Member of the Email Send Program upon Email Send, you can go into the Send Campaign Results tab and filter to view all those who were "skipped" due to comms limits.
Can you explain how you determine that Program step? As Kelly stated, it is hard to build a report that filters out who was skipped.
