Smart List Subscription - Cached issues

I have a group of folks that I've set up for a subscription to a smart list.  However, when they receive the smart list, it's not cached or refreshed which then sends them outdated information.  Is there a way to fix this or set it up so that they will receive the most current list when the subscription push happens?

Smart Lists get cached when you export them.  You can read about it here: Export Leads to Excel from a List or Smart List - Marketo Docs - Product Docs 

You will need to go to each smart list and manually refresh them in order for them to step out of the cached mode.
