Salesforce Campaign Sync Issue

Hello,

I'm about to launch a Nurture Campaign - all the prospective leads live in a SFDC Campaign with over 9,000 members.

I synced the campaign with Marketo, and it seems to have only pulled in half the members (around 4,500)

Anyone know why this would be the case? Is there a lead limit for campaigns?

Thanks!

Re: Salesforce Campaign Sync Issue

Are these leads already in Marketo?

Can Marketo see all of these leads in SFDC?

Did you sync the Program to the SFDC Campaign?

What I would do is run a flow or smart list to see how many are Members of SFDC Campaign X. If that's also 4500, then Marketo cannot see the leads. If it is 9000, then maybe there are dupes? Or maybe you just need to run the flow to make them a Member of the Nurture.

remember that Nurturing requires an Entry Campaign (Batch) to add existing records and a separate trigger for new names.
