One of my reps received numerous Sales Insight email alerts for a number of different leads. He doesn't remember subscribing to receive the Interesting Moments alerts. But that doesn't mean he subscribed at one point and doesn't remember doing it.
Is there any way for someone to see all of the leads they have susbscrbied to receive alerts on? Otherwise, it seems like people will need to look at each alert and click the unsubscribe link in the individual emails. It would be nice if there was some sort of list view where they could see all of their subscriptions.
