Every two weeks at around 3-5am we see a sync error with SFDC. It's corrected five minutes later (so only one error), but this seems odd. Is this normal? I asked my consultant and they implied it could be normal maintenance or a server going down temporarily.
SFDC maintenance windows are usually during the week-end (saturday to sunday nights). Is this when the errors occurs ?
This is weird, but again, if it does not persist, there is no harm.
Is your SFDC instance busy with some heavy processing or is there any other app connecting to the API ?
We have some other apps set up, but nothing extremely heavy. I added my CRM guy to the notifications so he'd be aware and he doesn't know why it's happening either.
