Revenue Cycle Model - unable to edit

Good Afternoon,

I am trying to edit a new revenue cycle model. When I click to edit no window pop-ups and nothing happens. The other features work, such as previewing, wondering if there is a work around or if I should just submit a trouble ticket?

Thank you!

Re: Revenue Cycle Model - unable to edit

Erik Eaton what browser are you using? Have you tried switching? These type of bugs sometimes occur for me in Chrome.  You either have to clear out your history or switch browser.  I have a Mac and swtich to Safari when things like this happen. If it then loads, it proves its a browser / caching issue.

Thanks,

Gerard

did you block pop ups?

is it in Approved w/ Draft?

No pop up blocker, and its a new model not approved.

I'd make a ticket. I do recall having a similar problem once using Safari or Chrome. One worked, one did not.

Re: Revenue Cycle Model - unable to edit

Hey Gerard, I am currently using a Mac with Safari. I have tried using Chrome too with no luck. Let me see if good old internet explore will work. ?Thanks for the input.
