Reporting help - how to create a report: Top emails by Lead value

I am trying to find a way - either through Analytics or Smartlists - to give me a list/report of the top emails sent this week by the leads sent to sales.

Data value change - Stage:

Previous value: is not MQL, SQL

New value: is MQL, SQL.

Ideally, I am looking for info like this:

Leads Passed to Sales (MQL, SQL) | Email Subject Title

8 | Email about Dogs

6 | Email about Cats

5 | Email about Hedgehogs

Any help would be great!

you would need a smart list and maybe Last Interesting MOment Desc if that has the last Email Sent or Clicked. Not super clean though unless you did email by email.

You might be able to attain this via RCE if you use the Email Analysis report with Lead Status and Email Subject Line.

We do use Last Interesting Moment Desc - so that may be my best option until I can convince our CEO to get RCE.
