Report for ALL emails

I am trying to see which "Thank You" emails have been sent most frequently since the beginning of the year. I have been going through each campaign and creating a new email report, but it is time consuming. Surely there is a way to get a list of all the emails that have been sent in a certain time frame?

• Go into the analytics section and under Analyzers folder create a new report. 
• Select a naming convention for your report so you can retrieve it easily.
• Click on your report
• Select Setup on the top menu.
  • select date and set your parameters
  • select the marketing activities emails and drag the field over to the setup.
  • Then using the folder tree select all the emails you would like to report on. (we use a naming convention and for THANK YOU emails we start it by EM_TH... this way you can easily search for all the Thanks you emails and pop them in your report) This is a little time consuming.
• Smart List menu
  • Select what type of fitlers you would like to use 
  • Clicke Link in Email
• Then select report
• All the metrics will appear by campaign names
