I'm trying update a custom SFDC object associated with a contact record. I'm following the Marketo documentation to update my schema. I disabled the sync and went to refresh the scema, only to get a message there's an active sync in progress and try later. We have a some smart campaigns that trigger off of form fill-outs, could this be interfering with refreshing the schema? Or something else to look for?
I've got a ticket open with Marketo, but hoping someone from the community may have a trick or workaround.
Yes it can if there is indeed a sync in progress with some volume, that can take a while. But normally, after a few hours, this should have been long gone, unless you initial sync is still in progress or you have been triggering the sync of another custom object with many records.

I'm going thru the triggered campaigns and deactivating those. I have some others that are scheduled that I need to shut off and then disable the sync later to see if I can update the schema.
