When using the recipient time zone sending, will dashboard reports opens/clicks in the "Hours since sent" be calculated using a relative time from when that user received the email (i.e. the person clicked within 2 hours of delivery), or will be be an absolute time (i.e. the person clicked 4 hours after the program began to deliver)?
I'm interested in learning the answer as well. I assume it would be an relative time based on engagement after the email was received by the prospect, not absolute to the larger program concluding.
My thoughts exactly, but I can't find any definitive documentation! I figured if someone had run a couple programs they could pretty easily crosscheck the activity timestamp to let us know.
We have plans to introduce a dashboard to the email program that will show you completion for each send by time zone as well as the opens by hours since delivery. Currently we are only showing the existing email program dashboard
