OK. It should work now - we just turned on the segment to include

everybody. I'm still seeing this strange delay in the sidebar. Can you try

one more time on this page?

Do you have a page with the RTP tag on its own (not in GTM) for comparison?

I see a "what's your cost per invoice" sidebar, and then it quickly changes to a case study (auto suppliers) banner.

Me too, I see the transition now, but the comparison to non-GTM would be next to check.

@Sanford - we don't have a page with RTP outside of GTM, I'm worried we

might have to do that.

@Dan - great! You saw it. The part that concerns me is that split second

delay between the two graphics

Right, so... set one up to test?

You can use 2 Marketo LPs to do this comparison, as they're completely under your control.

If you can establish that there's a user-facing difference, then we can look into the why. Right now the pages have so many assets (sync and async) it's a very complex task to whittle it down. It could be simply that you're quenching the browser's connection limit and putting too many sync scripts in the way.

Hey Sanford- following up on this thread again. I was able to get the RTP code installed into the header of the page so as to avoid GTM interference.

Would the best bet be to not have a default asset at all in the div and just Marketo serve all assets? Would there be any issues with this if someone has cookies turned off or cross-device issues?

There still does seem to be a little bit of lag, but it seems shorter for me - Is this mainly due to the time it takes to call the Marketo sever, let it process the call, and then respond?

Have you ever seen RTP serve graphics and actually not have that delay?
