We currently do not use RCA, but I am wondering for those of you who do, is there a way to see what activities leads in an account have done that have assisted in closing a deal? ANy help would be appreciated. Right now I pull a report out of salesforce and manually look up activites by an account.
With RCA, there is the Opportunity Influence Analyzer where you can do just that. It all depends on what you set up as a Success in your Channel, but you can segregate people by their Contact Roles to see who did what when in the life of the Opp.
