Problems with Engagement Program Transition Rules

Hi,

I've set up a nurture program with two streams. My emails live in individual programs as described here by Edward Unthank. Stream 1 houses two programs and Stream 2 houses five. Like so...

Here are my transition rules...

Leads that I know qualify for the rules aren't moving over. In fact, very few are. I've tried a few variations, but nothing's working! Any suggestions?

Thank you in advance!!

Rocky.

Re: Problems with Engagement Program Transition Rules

HI Racquel,

Yes, the transition rules PULL leads in the stream. So if they are supposed to move leads from Stream 1 to stream 2, the rule should be in stream 2.

Hi Racquel,

I think your second filter in the transition rule is not correctly configured. Can you open it and provide a screen shot ?

Re: Problems with Engagement Program Transition Rules

Hey,

Here's the expanded version of the second filter - I think it used to be something different. Maybe I changed it somehow?

Hi Racquel,

This is correct, so the problem is not there.

Interesting. Rule 2 says "Program Type ID is ____ and..."

Mine all say "Program Type ID is "48" and..."

Hi Robb,

Yes, this is why I suspect it has some errors, which is why no one is qualifying. And I also think that the first one is redundant with the second one.

Re: Problems with Engagement Program Transition Rules

Remember that the transition PULLS leads over, so is this in the right Stream?

Are you double using the Member of Engagement Stream instead of letting the default work?

Re: Problems with Engagement Program Transition Rules

Are you saying that these rules should be living in Stream 2 to pull leads from Stream 1?

Re: Problems with Engagement Program Transition Rules

HI Racquel,

Yes, the transition rules PULL leads in the stream. So if they are supposed to move leads from Stream 1 to stream 2, the rule should be in stream 2.
