Pre-selected Checkbox Not Appearing

Hi,
 

As I understood it, there's an option in the forms to have the checkbox be selected (or checked) as the initial state, but it seems its only appearing in certain browsers and in Marketo's preview mode. Does anyone know what the issue may be?
